General Vendor Information
All vendors must fill out and submit a participation form to director@westendchildrensfestival.org by July 15th.
Load in at the path: 10-11:15am
Festival hours: 12-3 p.m.
Load out: 3-4pm
*Vehicles can enter the path to load-in supplies until 11:15am
*Parking is available at the TD Garden garage on Staniford Street. Vendors must check-in at the Vendor Check-in table at the center of the path upon arrival. Parking vouchers for the Garden Garage must be picked up during this time.

Food Vendor Information
All ingredients to foods being served must be listed and displayed on your table during the festival.
